Our story

An all-encompassing mountain venue

Set in Meribel, within the Three Valleys, Evolution has grown since 2004 into a place that locals and returning holidaymakers return to again and again. The service runs from breakfast through to late evening, with homemade cosmopolitan cuisine served day and night.

The kitchen draws on Pan Asian, Mediterranean, classic French and English favourites, with fast-paced bistro-style lunches and relaxed à la carte evening dining in a family-friendly setting. Alongside the food and drink, Evolution hosts live acoustic music and a programme of seasonal events throughout the year.

The venue is next to Jacks Bar at the Chaudanne, 50m from the main ski lifts and opposite the Olympic pool and Ice rink, with the surrounding mountain scenery of Meribel on the doorstep.
