Evolution is a restaurant and bar in the heart of Meribel, set against the backdrop of the Three Valleys and the surrounding Alps. The menu moves between French classics, Mediterranean and Asian influences, with a bistro-style carte that leans on locally produced ingredients and homemade cooking. The atmosphere is cosmopolitan yet relaxed, an easy mix of locals, returning holidaymakers and families looking for a memorable meal in a stunning mountain setting.
The music programme is at the heart of the venue's identity. Live acoustic performances run late into the evening, with solo artists and duos taking the stage in an intimate setting that keeps the crowd close to the sound. Open Mic nights add a different flavour, giving guests a chance to step up and share something of their own, while the bar serves an extensive selection of cocktails, wines and international favourites until the small hours.
Beyond the kitchen and the stage, Evolution is a place designed for long evenings and shared dates.
